The year is 1989, the Cold war was suppose to end, the Soviet Union was suppose to fall...It didn't, now in the year 2001 right after 9/11 happened with the Cold war still going on, tensions have been its highest since the Cuban Missile Crisis. Without warning America and Canada are invaded by Soviet and Chinese forces from the west coast.
